Mexican Lasagna

Ingredients
* 1 pound ground chicken breast
* 1 tablespoons chili powder
* 1 teaspoons ground cumin
* dash onion powder
* 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained
* 3/4 cup medium heat taco sauce or good salsa
* Salt
* 6-9 corn tortillas

Directions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Preheat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and season with chili powder, cumin, and onion powder. Brown the meat, 5 minutes. Add taco sauce salsa. Add black beans. Heat the mixture through, 2 to 3 minutes then season with salt, to your taste.

Spray a shallow baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Cut the tortillas in half or quarters to make them easy to layer with. Build lasagna in layers of meat and beans, then tortillas. Repeat: meat, tortilla. Cover with foil. Bake lasagna 15 minutes. Serve with white rice and baked tortilla chips.
