My dh and little girl loved them to! 1 can of pure pumpkin 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 1/4 cups flour 1/3 cup oil 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup chocolate chips (dairy free) mix all up and bake in a pre-sprayed muffin tin at 350 for 23-25 mins.
