Light salads!!!       08/06/09 06:13 PM Edit Reply Quote rosy Reged: 07/24/09 Posts: 14 Loc: Israel Hi. I started the IBS diet 2 months ago and Im still getting used to it. But Im havving REALLY hard time not eating salads that I used to eat every week. I come from the middle-east and anyone from there knows how good and low in calories our salads are. But for us, IBS sufferers (or atleast for me) they are too rich with insoluble fiber and vitamin C. Does anyone have tasty salad recipes that are both light and IBS-safe at the same time?
