every morning I have a smoothie made with 1 cup almond milk, 1 frozen banana, and 1-2 tbs carob powder. I add acacia fiber to that and blend. I keep a bunch of bananas peeled and frozen all the time. I use almond milk because soy doesn't agree with me.
