You don't need a recipe to make smoothies just take soy milk, one frozen fruit portion and one fresh fruit portion and blend. That is the basic way. I add soy yogurt, acacia, stevia and rice protein to mine. You could add a pasteurized egg white I suppose. Soy milk contains 6.5 grams of fiber per cup.
A frozen banana and chocolate soy milk make a malt-like drink that is excellent.
