I take one cup of rice milk and 1/2 cup of sugar and wisk them together. (Although I am not sure I really need that much sugar--I've done 1/4 cup and been fine) Add a pint of Silk Soy Creamer(I buy vanilla so I don't add extra vanilla) and mix. I put it on for about 20 min and then add anything I want! Fresh fruit is great. I sometimes make the anti-depressant brownies and break those into the mix for the last 5 min of mixing. Have fun!
