I emailed Ka-Me and told them I hated their new hoisin recipe and asked them to recommend another brand that tasted like theirs used to. They wrote back and said they were reformulating their hoisin sauce to taste more like it used to. It should be available this summer. If I see it and try it, I'll report back.
