I am cooking challenged.....       12/31/03 07:13 AM Edit Reply Quote hde Reged: 10/01/03 Posts: 28 but would really like to try to make some sort of easy tofu dish. I attempted to marinate firm tofu in soy sauce last night and stir-fry it, but I absolutely hated the taste of it. I have actually never had tofu before, so this was a first for me. Does anyone have any suggestions for some quick, easy ideas on maybe grilling tofu or something? Can you use the George Foreman grill to grill it? I did a search on the boards but didn't locate anything along this line? I was kind of thinking of trying it as a sandwich.
