Sweet-tart orange cranberry bread       02/22/09 08:27 AM Edit Reply Quote kds0 Reged: 10/17/08 Posts: 10 Has anybody made this recipe out of the cookbook? I made it last night and while its got a good flavour its got a very strange texture; like not cooked totally in the middle, but its a very very heavy loaf. I think the cookbook said its good toasted, maybe the center cooks more when toasted? I noticed there are no eggs in this recipe and I'm wondering if that's got something to do with it?
