Where do you find your ingredients?       01/18/09 08:56 AM Edit Reply Quote shambelle Reged: 01/18/09 Posts: 1 Loc: Atlanta, GA If I've posted this in the wrong area, please let me know - I just joined the site. I'm amazed by the number of great sounding recipes on here. I was diagnosed with Crohn's and UC last month, so while I don't quite belong on the IBS part, a friend with IBS referred me to here, and I had to look. Just from browsing, it seems like some of the ingredients in the recipes aren't things I'd find in my regular grocery store. Do you need to go to places like Whole Foods or other more natural stores for some of your food? I live in GA and have access to several places that may carry what most view as "alternative" products. Thanks so much - looking forward to all the good food on this site!
