Oh yeah, the bluberries and raspberries are ok, try peaches too. I do the bread quite often because I can't have to much
fiber in my diet. Like banana bread or zucchini bread, to get some fruit into your diet try whole soy yogurt, there is strawberry, blueberry, lemon and peach, raspberry, plain.
I like to have a sliced sourdough bread toasted with one of these yougurts smothered on top for breakfast or a snack.
