Hi Joan, So you liked the soup, didja? It's yummy, eh?! Didja brown the "meat"balls first, and if not, what was the consistency -- were they too firm? Were they done well enough?
Heather suggested to me that I make a smoothie with fruit -- you know, throw some fruit in the blender and add some soy milk and protein powder. YUM! How 'bout that for you?
I had given up whole wheat, but yesterday I had one slice of whole wheat toast and it didn't bother me. Yaay! As for the lettuce, well, I gave that up permanently. I don't miss it. Besides, I heard there's almost no nutritional value in head lettuce -- more in romaine -- best is spinach, but we can cook that. HEY! There ya go! Cooked spinach -- with a little vinegar sprinkled over it. YUM! Hey, I'm gonna try that -- sounds great, doesn't it?!?
