I eat them often, so I really don't have one that I have to stay away from. Did you know you can kind of build up a tolerance? I just make sure they're well cooked, chopped, with soluble - you know, the standards. I can eat well cooked asparagus, pureed beans. I like to make the non-dairy alfredo sauce with cooked chicken & broccoli florets - check my past posts on that one. Sometimes, I'll make green or yellow squash & leave the skins and steam it really well in the microwave. I puree roasted red peppers for sauce. Heather's pureed asparagus lemon sauce from The First Year is great! I made a similar artichoke one based on that - check past posts on that one too.

That's all I can think of right now. Are you having trouble trying to figure out which ones will work for you? What veggies do you like?
