All you guys out there who haven't made this should give it a try. It's real easy to whip up, and OHMYGOD it's DELICIOUS! I just made it, and it reminds me of sponge cake but without all the butter: light, moist, flavorful -- REALLY GOOD! (Okay, so I put a little too much lemon on the top and sides; I'll do better next time.)
