Hi Everyone! I know it's been forever since I have posted (only the oldtimers will probably remember me at all!), which means I have been doing pretty well  With Thanksgiving coming, my brother and his wife are looking to make Double Decker Sweet Potato Pecan Pie (I gave them the recipe a few years ago, and that's the treat they always make me!), but they are frustrated that it "NEVER bakes in the middle.. even if you bake it for hours.." Any ideas or suggestions you have are most appreciated. I may have to make one (never have had to!) and see what I can figure out.
All the best, Jane
