I love this recipe I posted a while back. If you're vegetarian you can leave out the meat - substitute more mushrooms if you want. You can also check the Recipe Index or search the Board for other pasta sauce recipes. If you want store-bought, Ragu's 7-Herb Tomato is safe assuming you're going to be eating it over pasta - that brings the fat percent down to reasonable levels.
