Re: peanut butter cookie recipe       08/26/08 05:17 PM Edit Reply Quote Fen Reged: 03/01/08 Posts: 574 Loc: Central NY Not to be a buzzkill, but soy nut butter is almost as high in fat as peanut butter - I'd be very cautious about eating these cookies, especially on an empty stomach. They might be ok after a safe meal with lots of SF.
