Re: Gluten-free peppermint fudge cake??       08/21/08 07:02 PM Edit Reply Quote Unregistered Hey there. I see I'm a day late but I wanted to weigh in on the Bob's Red Mill gluten-free flour. I've used it in baked goods a few times and I have to say, I think it's absolutely disgusting. It tastes metallic and awful to me - absolutely ruins the whole dish/batch.
