I devised a similar recipe: Nearly low fat Honey-Mustard chicken nuggets!!! 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed of all fat & cubed 2 tsp skim milk (now I would try almond milk) 3 tsp dijonnaise (or similar) 2 tsp honey 1 c. plain bread cumbs Garlic powder, onion powder, fresh ground pepper & salt to taste Mix the wet ingredients in a lidded container. Add Chicken. Shake vigorously. leave to marinate for 30 to 40 minutes, minimum. Blend dry ingredients on a plate. Spray a non-stick baking sheet w/ cooking spray.
