I do not tolerate wheat, but I can tolerate the Ezekiel breads because they are made from just the sprout, not the wheat flour. So, Ezekiel is a flourless bread. And I bought the tortilla wraps at my local organic/natural foods store here in Montana. But I would think that any Whole Foods or Trader Joe's would sell them too.
