I just wanted to share this quick and easy meal that I made the other night that gave me no problems and tasted really good. Here is what I used Ezekiel Wrap organic roma tomato organic lettuce Vegan Earth Balance Butter Spread Applegate Farms deli turkey I spread a little of the EB Butter on the wrap to give it a little more moisture. Then I chopped about 1/2 of the roma tomato into small pieces and tore off some lettuce.I placed the lettuce on first, then the turkey and topped it off with the tomato pieces. I had cooked peas and carrots as well as some nectarine to accompany the meal. I don't know if anyone will try this, but I just wanted to share my new food discovery. I am always excited when I can eat new food for somedays my diet seems really bland. I hope everyone is doing well, and know that we're all in this together! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
