I love Heather's Cook book in fact it saved me from starvation. However I just recently found the "Hungry Girl" cookbook.. It is amazing. All the recipes are guilt free and even use soy milk. The only problem is watching out for recipes that use Splenda -- EVIL! But you are sub in SUGAR.
