I see a few recipes on here with Walnuts / nuts in them.. Are nuts safe? If so which ones? I thought they were a no no? Also what about peanut butter? I use my cheat sheet list all the time however I find I eat mostly from the SF. Food is getting boring so Im here for more inspiration.
