Re: Dragon fly....       05/31/08 04:28 PM Edit Reply Quote dragonfly Reged: 05/12/08 Posts: 1088 Loc: canada Well my comp wasn't working so my plans changed. i mixed Chicken with ketchup, brown sugar, oatmeal and egg. i scooped them out with an ice cream scoop and put them on a tray on the BBQ. I also used a mini muffin tin for the extra and they came out great. They tasted good and even though the kids smothered them in ketchup, they ate them. For me....so far so good. My symptoms have been pretty good lately so as long as I eat my potatoes and rice I'm good. I'll let you know if my situation changes but i've done meatloaf with the same ingredients and had no problems.
