Meatloaf       05/21/08 06:25 AM Edit Reply Quote budweiser Reged: 05/12/08 Posts: 22 Hey me again, i made meatloaf the other night with ground chicken and was it ever good! it tasted just like beef and I LOVE beef. This is the recipe I used and had no trouble with it. ground chicken ketchup oats brown sugar egg white I mixed it all together, baked in the oven and then drained off the oil that remained.
