You know, they were as good as they were gonna be, soy yogurt or not. They're not decadent fudgey amazing brownies, but if you're on a diet, they're a good option for feeding a craving. Depending on the brand of soy yogurt you use, one brownie (or 1/12th of the tray) will have around 125 calories. That's not bad. You just have to remember to hold them to diet food standard. Let me know how you like them.
