Vegan pancake help!       12/18/03 03:39 PM Edit Reply Quote evie Reged: 11/22/03 Posts: 99 Okay, I made this batter and the pancakes were gooey in the middle. I had to throw it out. I didn't pour them on too thick and I think I waited more than enought for them. The only funky thing I did was substitue 1/4 cup of flour for cocoa, could that be it?
