But I've been craving apple bread and wonder if you think I can substitute grated apple for the zucchini. I know apple is more 'juicy', so that's why I'm asking. If you're not sure, maybe I'll just try it and see what happens! Maybe I should decrease the oil by a little to make up for the moisture of the apples? Thanks for your input.
