how to cook mung beans?       02/20/08 10:21 AM Edit Reply Quote renee21 Reged: 06/02/05 Posts: 486 Loc: Toronto, Ontario, Canada I am looking for just the most basic instructions for cooking mung beans. All the recipes I found online are for mung dahls, stews etc. And I have never cooked beans before - I've been avoiding them for years because of the gas. But my naturopath wants me to eat them and apparently they are very easily digestible. Can anyone help me out? -------------------- IBS-C, lots of spasm and trapped gas.
