smoothie with quinoa

I was having trouble finding soy yogurt in my area so I decided to make cereal using quinoa flakes and refrigerate it over night and use it instead. And then I found soy yogurt so now my smoothie has both in it.
1/4 cup cooked quinoa cereal (from flakes)
1/4 cup soy yogurt
1/2 cup mango nectar
1/2 banana
4 oz (weighed) frozen mango cubes
sweeten to taste
The great thing about this smoothie is that all the ingredients are safe foods so it's a great start to a day if you are trying to stabilize. Once stabilized I cut the mango nectar with half orange juice and use 2 oz of frozen strawberries and 2 oz of frozen mango. And I eat the other half of the babana before I drink the smoothie.
