Try it with brown sugar!!!       01/25/08 01:09 PM Edit Reply Quote Erilyn Reged: 11/14/07 Posts: 743 Loc: Beautiful British Columbia, Canada I just made these muffins and they are AMAZING!!! I was out of white sugar so I used 1/2 cup of brown sugar instead. Well I don't know what these are supposed to taste like, but these are simply fantastic with the brown sugar! Nice and moist and cake-like. Will DEFINATELY make again! -------------------- IBS-A since age 12, and fructose sensitive; with the exception of my pregnancy, have been following Heather's diet since Nov. 19, 2007.
