Someone told me garlic butter (not powder) is like a preservative, but if it's in a can, hummus won't be good long.
20 - 35 minutes is the expiration for it in an open can.
Canned hummus is an excellent potential carrier of salmonella, but then so are hardboiled eggs and baked fish at room temperature.
I'd be careful about some chicken as well (black parts indicate disease or illness).
