By far, a trash can turkey. Extremely easy, very tasty. You need: 1) a small metal trash can (about three feet high and maybe 18 inches in diameter) 2)Some sort of metal rod to hold the turkey. 3) Aluminum foil. 4) Charcoals. Put aluminum foil on the ground. Put a 10-12 pound turkey, suspended on a rod at a height above the ground, but below the height of the trashcan. I put a syrup cup on a 3 foot piece of rebar that I've pounded into the ground. I also put a bundt cake pan below the turkey to capture the juices. the syrup cup fits into the neck cavity and suspends the turkey. Put the trashcan upside down over the turkey and aluminum foil. Place charcoals that have been lit and are now not flaming, around and on top of the trashcan. About 2 1/2 or 3 hours later, the perfect turkey.
