I made a batch of my annual Christmas shortbread cookies on Saturday using this instead of butter, and was very disappointed in the flavour. Rather than having the usual nice, light buttery flavour, they ended up having almost a stale, oily kind of taste. And the stuff wasn't cheap, either! -------------------- IBS-A since age 12, and fructose sensitive; with the exception of my pregnancy, have been following Heather's diet since Nov. 19, 2007.
