I don't post often, but really enjoy this website and have found it so helpful! Anyway, I haven't tried this yet but try the ingredients listed in the original post (powdered sugar, smart balance [what i use], vanilla soy milk, vanilla extract, sprinkle of salt) and also try adding some tofutti plain (like cream cheese)!
