This almost reminds me of Canadian Newfie boiled dinner (also known as "Jig's Dinner", although it seems only non-Newfies use that term):
- turnips
- carrots
- potatoes
- cabbage
- salt beef (although turkey ham sounds pretty good, and is obviously lower in fat!)

I am from Newfoundland so I grew up on this. I can't buy salt beef here in BC though so I haven't had it in years. I'll have to try and find some of this turkey ham!

BTW I seem to be able to tolerate cabbage quite well.
