Reged: 10/14/04 Posts: 2518 Loc: Michigan I have used Imagine brand Cream of Mushroom soup in the green bean casserole for Thanksgiving. However I add cornstarch and water mix to it to thicken it up since it can be a bit soupy. The Imagine brand can be found in the health food section of Kroger's. It is completely safe to use. It does make your casserole a bit darker in color but no one complained at Thanksgiving. It still tasted yummy! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
