I am a new visitor to the website and have discovered many helpful tips for my unbelievable sensitive stomach. I ordered the peppermint pills and they are great and decided to order the fennel tea as well. I went to Florida for a few days before the tea arrived and ate some rice from a restaurant and boy oh boy did i ever regret it. I had the most terrible gas pains and normally I would just have to suffer for who knows how long. I wished so much that I had the fennel tea. My boyfriend's mother grew up in Italian family and for anyone who ever had a bad stomach ache, her mother made tea with fresh parsley. At first I was skeptical, but I drank some and it worked so well! She boiled some water in a small pan and dropped some parsley stems with a few leaves into the pot. Then she turned the heat down to a simmer and left it for about 20 minutes. It relaxed my stomach and helped me pass the gas that was causing so much pain. I am looking forward to trying the fennel tea, but I am also wondering if parsley could also be a tasty tea that works as well. Does anyone know?
