Lots of people on the Boards really like Luna Bars:

They're not going to taste like a Hershey bar or anything like that, but if you find a chocolate-y flavor you like, they might do.

Also, if you're reasonably stable you can probably manage to eat a small piece of real chocolate every day - Heather says she does. I love Lindt bars - especially the hazelnut - and they're scored into little pieces you can break off. Just be sure to stick to a small piece and eat it later in the day when you've got a good base of food in you and your digestive engine is up and running smoothly. I figure eating only a little bit every day means splurging on pricier chocolate bars than the ones I would buy if I were going to eat it all in one sitting.
