egg substitute       07/19/07 06:08 PM Edit Reply Quote blackrvn5 Reged: 04/02/07 Posts: 268 Loc: Virginia Since going Vegan I've had to find ways to subsitute the egg whites in my baking. Applesauce worked great in my banana muffins but not with the blueberry. They ended up burning on the outside and not cooking all the way on the end. They were also very deflated.
