Calcium carobonate is a milk product. There are some recipes on the recipe exchange list, but here is one more.
Blueberry Muffins
1 3/4 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 blueberries
1 egg ( use egg white/eggbeaters)
6 tbsp veg. oil (you could use less, add some applesauce)
1/2 water
Preheat oven to 400. Line muffin tin with paper.
Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together into a bowl. Stir in blueberries. Mix the egg, oil, and water together stir them all at once into the flour-blueberry mixture, continuing to stir just utill all of the dry particles are moistened.
Divide the batter among the 12 muffin cups.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
