My Stepmoms Ginger Shrimp
      12/09/03 03:01 PM

This is a very tasty, simple recipe. All you do is devein about 10-20 defrosted prawns, still in shell. Dry the prawns with a paper towel. Slice some ginger into 1/8th inch thick slices(about 4-6 slices or to your taste) Take a pot or a frying pan, over high heat, and add enough olive oil to just cover the bottom of the pan. Add the Ginger to the pan about one minute before the shrimp. Cook the shrimp on both sides(it usually takes about 3 minutes or so), than add about 4 oz. of soy sauce to the pan. The soy sauce should evaporate pretty quickly. Your shrimp are now done!

Sorry for the haphazard way this recipe is posted, it is my first. I hope everyone who tries this enjoys it as much as I do.
