bow tie pasta with peas and ham

12 ounces bow-tie pasta uncooked
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 14.5 once can reduced-sodium chicken broth
3/4 teaspoon dried basil or thyme,brumble(or 1 tablespoon fresh)
1 cup frozen "petite"peas
4 ounces low-sodium boiled ham,thinly sliced and cut into 1/2in. strips

1.cook pasta
2.heat oil and stir in garlic powder and cook 15 seconds pour in broth, stir in basil or thyme, and cook for 3 minutes
3. please peas in colander,drain pasta over peas,return pasta/peas to pan and pour in broth,medium-high heat,add ham and toss,cook for 2 minutes,or until hot
4.serve

-I used lean turkey meat,other than that I don't know if its ibs safe,what about all the peas?
