Coffee Cake Muffins?       05/16/07 09:50 AM Edit Reply Quote tayjay Reged: 11/28/05 Posts: 64 Loc: Auburn University, Alabama I really like the recipe for coffee cake muffins from the index, but the cooking temperature is not listed. I looked on the back of a packaged muffin mix and it said 425. I thought about just using that temp, but I'm not sure. On the coffee cake recipe, it says to cook 15 to 18 minutes, I'm just worried that they won't turn out right if I just pick a random temp.
