Super glorified rice krispie squares!

I was diagnosed with IBS about a year ago after ruling out everything else. And of course after I got to feeling better with help from this site, I slipped back into old destructive habits (salads, nuts, wheat germ!) and ended up in ER. So here I go again and I'm feeling so much better and even lost 10 pounds. I was really craving something with chocolate and just started throwing things together in a bowl and came up with this. Not too sure about measurements but you can add or subtract until it tastes like you want. Except for the peanut butter, I think it's pretty low in fat; you could use reduced fat peanut butter or just leave it out.


1 cup marshmallows
1 Tbs canola oil
1/4 to 1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 graham crackers, crushed
1 cup Rice Krispies
1/2 cup regular Oatmeal
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup crushed nuts

Melt marshmallows and oil. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pat into a greased 8x8 pan. Refrigerate until firm, then cut into squares.
