I might make 1 1/2 times the recipe and pour into three pans if needed but we will see in the morning. I am also making cream cheese frosting. It will be some soy cream cheese, some margarine and some low fat dairy cream cheese. I don't eat much frosting so I should be ok for just this once. Hmmm I'm not sure I have margarine! eek! -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004.
