I wrote them and asked them why they changed the ingredients. They told me (in a round-about way) that they haven't changed any ingredients, they are just making corrections to the packaging. So, apparently, these items have always contained trace amounts of dairy. Which is true for a number of other things I eat, I discovered. I'm able to tolerate these trace amounts but whether or not other people can will have to be determined by each person when they try it. According to the EFI diet, no dairy is good for you. But if you find that these small amount are okay for your body, then it's alright. I know that's not a very clear answer.
