USA. does anyone have d predominant ibs with the complication of gastric reflux? i have had ibs for nearly 1 year now and the antispasmotic (nu-lev )my dr. gave me made my gastric refux get worse so i cannot take it any more.i have since purchased heather's tummy tea, the fennel one and the peppermint caps does anyone know how they act with Gastric Reflux?i have used the fennel tea and it seems to work for the spasms in my stomach but i would like to know if it will aggravate the gastric reflux.my doctor has suggested trying me on an anti depressant but not till the acid reflux clears up,however i am not sure i like the idea because i am very sensitive to medication.also i am trying accupuncture anyone had any luck?i do believe and so does my dr.that a lot of my problems are due to stress.i also take heather's acacia tummy fiber,thanks.
