Ingredients: 2 teaspoons unbleached white flour 1/2 cup plain rice milk salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup grated almond cheese
Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes
Instructions: Toss the flour into the grated cheese until all cheese is coated. Gently heat milk in a suacepan until hot but not bubbling. Gradually add cheese, stirring constantly, until thick. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over steamed broccoli, cauliflower, grains or potatoes.
