I haven't experimented too much with the recipes yet, just a few, but tomorrow I will be making the antidepressent brownies for company! (I'm making another "regular" dessert too and I have some ice cream for my guests should the brownies turn out horrible!) Anyhow, when it says to add applesauce, what kind should I use? I have regular applesauce (with added sugar) or I have natural applesauce with no sugar added.
Also, I did make one other brownie recipe awhile ago (can't remember exactly which one...there are so many here ) but they tasted a bit odd shall I say. Is it just that it is an acquired taste to get used to the cocoa instead of real chocolate? I loooove real brownies and these had a much different taste. I'm wondering if the antidepressent ones will be similar just b/c of the cocoa.
